When Pix approached us with a name lacking meaning and an undeveloped brand identity, we took up the challenge to transform it into a purposeful and captivating brand. By understanding the business, we first made the name 'PIX' meaningful by giving it a byline "Pure Ethnix", which made PIX a coined word, derived from 'P' for Pure and 'ix' for Ethnix. This clever combination gave the name a profound and relevant significance, reflecting the core values of the brand and its commitment to Indian ethnic couture. We opted for a serif typeface for the logo along with gold as the colour palette, both of which exude a sense of luxury and sophistication, perfectly aligning with the brand's image of premium ethnic wear. The logo's elegance and meaningful name now complemented each other, creating a strong and distinctive brand identity for Pix. We further applied the logo artistically on the front façade of the store, which made the PIX one of the most prominent stores on the busiest high street in Pune.
