TATA group approached StudioD for branding their new venture "Value Mandi", a chain of discount grocery stores. When it was highlighted to us that 'Value Mandi' was offering a higher percentage of discounts than its competitors, we saw an opportunity to create an intelligent logo concept. One that was not only visually appealing but also lead to a discovery when viewed. Reimagining the letter 'V' in "Value Mandi" to incorporate the '%' sign, cleverly communicated the store's emphasis on discounts while maintaining the integrity of the logo's purpose. The use of black and yellow was to declutter the mind of the viewer and to increase visibility. Further, we designed the environmental graphics for all their stores across India uplifting the user experience at the store. We also designed their marketing collaterals and outdoor advertisements. We managed their social media too.
